Yvonne M. Liby, 74, passed peacefully into the eternal love of God on November 12, 2020.

A lifelong Hutchinson resident, she was born February 25, 1946, to the late Howard and Ida McFarland. Her passion for learning lead to an Associate Degree at Hutchinson Community College, then a Bachelor Degree in General Studies with a Minor in Business Administration and a Master Degree in Sociology at Wichita State University.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, James McFarland.

Yvonne will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Max Liby; son, Tom (Belinda) Ellis; daughter, Tammy (David) Thompson; stepsons, Harold (Barb) Liby and Darren (Sachiko) Liby; in addition to grandchildren, Luke, Lauren, Aisyn, Julian, Chase and Sadie; sisters, Emily McFarland and Mary (Michael) McCormick.
