William A. Rall, 68, died on November 24, 2020 in Hutchinson. He was born December 25, 1951 in Dodge City, KS, the son of Arthur and Wanda Rall.William is proceed in death by his parents.Survivors are his sisters, Norma Shultz of Roscoe, MT, Katherine Huff of Bartlesville, OK and Karen Dueck of Grove, OK; and numerous nieces and nephews.Arrangements are pending, services will be announced at a later date.
