Shawnta L. Williams-Miller, 44, passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2024, at home in Kansas City, Kansas. Shawnta was born October 19, 1979, in Hutchinson, Kansas, the daughter of Robert L. Miller and Judy E. (Chronister) Miller.

Shawnta graduated from Buhler High School in 1998. She attended Sidney's Cosmetology School. She worked in the customer service industry for many years. Shawnta enjoyed spending time with friends and attending church.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents and many aunts and uncles.

Shawnta is survived by her parents; daughter, Kaycee-Mae Miller, sons, GaVaughn and Jaidence Embers; sister, Danielle (Dominque) Craft; brother, Bryce (Emily) Miller; nieces, Kohlbie Craft, Bayleigh and Londynne Miller; nephews, Kree Craft and Dezmond Miller; and multiple aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, August 31, 2024, at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, Reverend William J. Green Sr. presiding, 1015 E. 7th Ave., Hutchinson, Kansas. There will be no visitation held and family will greet friends after the service. The burial will take place with family at a later date in Hutchinson, Kansas. Memorials may be given to the Hutchinson Christian Soup Kitchen or your favorite Mental Health organization and can be sent in care to Hutchinson Funeral Chapel.
