Hutchinson – Sharry Ann Richardson, 77, died Saturday, September 10, 2022, at her home in Hutchinson, KS. Sharry was born January 4, 1945, in Hardy, AR to James R. and Eva Mae (Allen) McAnally. She went to Hutchinson High School and worked at Mesquite Tree Restaurant in South Hutchinson, KS as a manager for five years. On July 22, 1963, she married Dickie W. Richardson in Hutchinson, KS. Sharry was able to travel around the globe with her family and lived in many places including San Diego, CA; Keflavik, Iceland; Honolulu, Hawaii; Treasure Island, CA; Panama; and Okinawa, Japan. She loved to read and work in her garden. Sharry is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dickie; a brother, Dale Harmon; two sisters, Kay Hodgson and Denise Harmon; and one grandchild. She is survived by her three children, Roger, James and Shauna Richardson; four sisters, Linda Burris, Kathy Specht, Terri Zwickl and Della Harmon; three grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at the Eleventh Ave Church, 1326 W. 11th Ave, Hutchinson, KS 67501, with Pastor Karen Bruce officiating. Hutchinson Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
