Robert L. (Bob) Allen, 60, passed away August 21, 2019 after an extended stay in the hospital, battling with health complications. Bob was born May 12, 1959 in Hutchinson, KS the son of Cecil and Katherine (Meine) Allen. He graduated from Nickerson High School and was self-employed as an HAZMAT and Demolition specialist. He also ran antique shops in the Hutchinson area. He is preceded in death by a niece, Amanda M. Engle. Bob is survived by his parents, Cecil and Katherine Allen of South Hutchinson; sisters, Jerri Zarnowski and Christine (James) Brummer; nieces, Sarah Thompson and Hannah Brummer; nephew, Matthew Brummer and five great nieces and nephews. There will be no public visitation as cremation was chosen.A Celebration of Life is pending.
