Rebecca (Becki) Ann Rizzo, 53, died November 21, 2024, in Goodyear, Az. She was born on May 24, 1971, in Erie, PA. to Charles and Lee Rizzo.

Becki grew up in Hutchinson, KS. where she played tennis and enjoyed sports, especially hockey and football. Her fascination with space travel began with her love of the Star Wars trilogy and lifelong admiration of Chuck Yeager. The music of Pink Floyd, Metallica, Depeche Mode, The Cure among others were a major influence throughout her life. Becki excelled in school, then moved to Phoenix, Az where she attended Arizona State University and became a member of Sigma Kappa sorority.

Becki loved spending holidays and cooking for her Uncle David (Jane) and cousins Jeanne (Rick Stinebuck) and Matt. She loved to spoil her many nieces and nephews with gifts that came at random times, not just holidays and birthdays. She was a loving dog mom to Dino and was a property manager for Diversified Properties at her time of death.

Becki is survived by her siblings, Richard (Valerie), Andrea, Chris (Trisha), Mark (Marybeth), and Marsha French (Jason).

Proceeded in death by her father, Charlie and reunited with her mother, Lee who just recently passed away on July 28th, of this year. Cremation has taken place.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 2631 Independence Rd., Hutchinson KS. at 10:30 a.m., Monday, August 4, 2025. Rosary will begin at 10:00. Hutchinson Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
