Pablo D.SánchezSr., 98, passed away Saturday, December 19, 2020 at his home in Hutchinson, KS.Pablo was born April 28, 1922 in San Juan Ateco, Mexico, the son of Feliciano and Flora (Diaz)Sánchez. Pablo married Ernestine Hinkle in 1950, to this union they were blessed with eight children. They later divorced after 24 years of marriage. On July 12, 1986 he married Teresa Estrada in Hutchinson, KS. Pablo had worked for Cessna for over 21 years as a heat treater operator. He attended Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Hutchinson.He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Teresa, a daughter, Yolanda Rutledge, first wife Ernestine, a brother, JuanSánchezand two sisters, Maria and Good AlbertaSánchez.Pablo is survived by his eight children, Lupe Palmatier and PabloSánchezJr., both of Hutchinson, Raquel DeGarmo of Geneseo, Romelia Burkes of Beaumont, TX, Luz Oliver, Denver, CO, Victoria McPherson, Topeka, KS, FelicianoSánchezand Richard Gochenour both of Geneseo, KS; and numerous grandchildren, greatgrandchildren and great-great grandchildren.A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5905 W. 4thAve., Hutchinson, KS, with Father Charles Seiwart celebrant. A public visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Hutchinson Funeral Chapel, 300 E. 30thAve., Hutchinson, KS. Memorials may be given to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church and sent in care of the funeral chapel.
