Nina Fern Morrell, passed away on August 22, 2021. She was born to Fred Austin and Bertha May (Long) Pelton of Ford, KS on November 14, 1934.

She married Arthur Ray Morrell, Jr. in Dodge City, KS on December 5, 1953.

She is survived by her sons, Stephen and wife Brenda of Castleton, KS, David of Abbyville, KS, Lance and wife Patty of Hutchinson, KS, Kelly and wife Ginger of Hutchinson, KS, Barry and Companion Lonnie of Arlington, KS; 12 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arthur, five brothers and her only sister.

Nina loved being with her family. She went on many outings and lunches with her daughters -in- law. She worked at the Hutchinson Clinic for 30 years, retiring in 2000. She was a member of Hutchinson Chapter of the Women of the Moose.

Cremation is planned. Friends may sign the memorial book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at Hutchinson Funeral Chapel, 300 E. 30th Ave., Hutchinson. A Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Arlington Township Cemetery, with Reverend Charles Crumble, Sr. presiding. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in care of the funeral chapel.
