Lori Diane Borton, 57, of Hutchinson, died on August 5, 2020 at her home. She was born October 11, 1962, in Chanute, KS, the daughter of Gene Berger and LaRita (Taylor) Jones.

Lori graduated from Fredonia High School and Butler Community College where she received her nursing degree. She worked for Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center and was a home health nurse retiring after 15 years. Lori married Douglas Borton on June 18, 2011 in Hutchinson. Lori enjoyed traveling, spending time with her grandchildren and was a Steelers fan.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gene.

Lori is survived by her mother, LaRita Jones; husband, Douglas; three children, Beau Williams, Courtney Jensen and John Borton; five grandchildren, Kinley, Cailey and Cori Williams, Hadley and Jameson Jensen; two brothers, Earl and Rodney Berger and a sister Judy Hilyard; step-siblings, Lynn Jones, Mike Jones and Michelle Gillman.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
