Linda Kay (Wenzel) Hemphill, 66, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2026, at the Hospice House in Hutchinson, KS.  Linda was born on September 9, 1959, in Hutchinson, KS, the daughter of Ralph and Doris (Flora) Wenzel.

Linda was a devoted mother and caregiver to her daughter, Lori.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Doris Wenzel; parental grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Flora; brother, Wayne Wenzel and sister-in-law, Clareen (Beth) Wenzel.

Linda is survived by her daughter, Lori Hemphill; sister, Susan (Dan) Driggs of Bentonville, AR; five nieces and nephews; and numerous great nieces and nephews.

There will be no services per her request.  Interment will take place in Fairlawn Cemetery, Hutchinson, KS.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to TECH and sent in care of Hutchinson Funeral Chapel, 300 E. 30th Ave, Hutchinson, KS 67502.
