Leslie Lee Sanborn II, 50, passed away on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at Hospice House in Hutchinson, KS.  He was born July 18, 1973, in Great Bend, KS, the son of Leslie L. and Barbara (Waldschmidt) Sanborn.

Les was a 1992 graduate of Hutchinson High School and was a certified welder, working at many companies in Hutchinson and Hesston; the last being Stroeberg Equipment in Hutchinson.  Les loved music and was an avid video gamer.

He was preceded in death by the recent death of his father Leslie L. Sanborn, November 12, 2023.

Les is survived by his mother, Barbara Sanborn of Hutchinson; sisters, Stacey (Adam) Bryant of Colwich and Stefanie (Mike) Miller of Hutchinson; nephews, Mason (Kelsey) Bryant of Goddard, Braden Miller of Hutchinson; a niece, Abigail Bryant of Fenton, MO.; and numerous cousins and aunts.

Cremation has taken place.  A graveside service will be Friday, February 16, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5905 W. 4th Ave, Hutchinson, KS with Father Jerome Spexarth officiating.   Memorial Contributions are suggested to Hospice House and can be sent in care of Hutchinson Funeral Chapel, 300 E. 30th Ave, Hutchinson, KS 67502.
