Leo was a longtime Hutchinson community resident and worked from home. Leo was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. Survivors include brother Robin Cherry (Melinda) Hutchinson, KS, sister Tina Ramsey (Michael) Grandview, MO, brother Lemond Benjamin Houston, TX, son Charlie Franklin III., many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be held at Hutchinson Funeral Chapel, on Friday, June 29, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with the family present from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Hutchinson Funeral Chapel.
