Larry W. Dreiling, 82, died December 2, 2024, at Hospice House, Hutchinson, KS surrounded by his loving and caring family.  Larry was born on July 24, 1942, in Wichita, KS, the son of Alex and Regina (Lang) Dreiling.

Larry graduated from St. Teresa's Catholic High School in 1960 and attended Hutchinson Community College.  He graduated from Kansas State University and then joined the Peace Corp for 2 years.  He then graduated from the University of Wisconsin.

On July 24, 1983, he married Nina Mae Griffin and shared 41 years of marriage prior to her death on August 9, 2022.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Nina; brother, Darrell; sister, Antoinella Garcia and a stepson, Jimmy Pace.

He is survived by stepson, Tim (Yvonne) Pace of Derby, KS; sisters, Marilyn Pinkerton of Wichita, KS, Shirley (Dennis) Hogan of Hutchinson, KS; brother-in-law, Jesse Garcia of Hutchinson, KS; granddaughter Karla (Brian) Broadman and numerous nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place, and a private family service will take place at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Teresa's Catholic Church or Hospice House and can be sent in care of Hutchinson Funeral Chapel, 300 E. 30th Ave, Hutchinson, KS 67502.
