Kathleen J. Riggins, 91, passed away on February 8, 2020, at Good Samaritan Society in Hutchinson. Kathleen was born October 19, 1928, the daughter of John and Ruth Sandel. She is survived by five daughters, two sons and numerous grandchildren. A private burial has taken place. Hutchinson Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
