James "Jim" Edward Whitmore Jr., 56, died on Monday, May 07, 2018 at the McPherson Health and Rehab in McPherson, KS. He was born on November 19, 1961 in Grand Island, NE to James E. Whitmore Sr. and Julia Ann Cash Whitmore.

Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Julia and Hank Billingsley; siblings, Jeri Johnson, John Whitmore and stepsister, Dotty Howton; 12 cousins; nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday, May 10th beginning at 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Eastwood Church of Christ in Hutchinson.
Funeral Services will begin at 1:00 p.m. at the church, with Ministers Steve Sears and Kenny Graham presiding.

Burial will follow at the Windom Cemetery.
