Jacqueline L. Fowler, 68, passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at Newton Medical Center, Newton, KS.  She was born April 17, 1955 in Vallejo, California to Andrew and Irene (Lucas) Finn.

Jackie attended and graduated from Vallejo High School, and later earned her master's degree at San José State University in San Jose, CA.  She worked as a high school math teacher for over 20 years before she retired in 2020.  On November 19, 2007, she married Caston Fowler in Vallejo, CA.  He survives of the home.

Survivor's also include her daughter, Ebony Hoffman and husband Russell; sisters, Cassandra Anderson and Kimberly Craig; brother, Jerry Finn; three grandchildren, Floyd Jones IV, Joloan Jones, and Jalee Jones; and many more family members and friends.

Jackie is preceded by her parents, Andrew and Irene; her son, Floyd Jones III; and a brother, Wayne Finn.

There will be no services held at this time as cremation has been chosen. Hutchinson Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
