Geraldine Anita Woodson Triplett was born January 15, 1932, in Hutchinson, KS.  She passed away in Hospice House February 24, 2025. Geraldine was a twin, born to James A. and Thelma Woodson, the sixth of eleven children.  She graduated from Hutchinson High School.  She married Milton Triplett in 1963 in San Diego, CA where they remained until his passing June 30, 2002.

She is survived by her daughter, Allyson Triplett Simmers (Jeff); her sister Galena Mae Crable and her brother, Leland B.  Woodson and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Geraldine was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, James Frederick, Loyal, Kenneth, Jeffrey, and her twin, Gerald and her sisters, Anna Marie Walker, Joyce Hallums, and Theda Sorenson.

A celebration of her life will be announced at a later date.  Memorials are suggested to Hutchinson Public Library, where she volunteered for many years.  They can be sent in care of Hutchinson Funeral Chapel, 30 e. 30th Ave, Hutchinson, KS 67502.
