Frankie loved life and enjoyed it to the full. She firmly believed there were no strangers, just friends she hadn't met yet. Together with her devoted partner, Dr. Brian Strange, they traveled the world exploring country and cuisine from the far East to Europe to many places in North, Central, and South America. Always eclectic she welcomed visitor and friend alike in their home for wonderful meals and great company. She had a special place in her heart for rescued cats.

Survivors include her mother Delaine Wellborn, brother Greg (Teresa) Wellborn, daughter Dr. April (Jordan) Goggans, son Eric (Courtney) Goggans,son Christopher (Gretchen) Goggansand daughter Rachelle (Ryan) Reynolds as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and a few grandchildren.

A memorial will be held later in the year when all can gather to celebrate the life of this special woman.
