Evelyn "Eve" V. Edwards-Woods, 76, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at Diversicare, Hutchinson, KS.  She was born August 27, 1947, in Henderson, NC, to Robert and Virginia (Harriss) Edwards.

On February 3, 1973, Eve married Michael Woods in Lexington, KY. They shared 50 years of marriage together.  She graduated from Mt. Sterling High School in Mt. Sterling, KY and attended University of Kentucky.  She was a member of St. George's Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral, Wichita, KS.

Eve is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her loving husband, Michael.

A private prayer will be held for Eve.  Hutchinson Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
