Ernest E. Gilley, 69 died on September 4, 2018 at the Hospice House of Hutchison. He was born on April 5, 1949, in Hutchinson the son of Jefferson and Erma Lee (Dorris) Gilley. Ernest was the owner of Gilley's Septic Service for a number of years before entering retirement. He also had been previously employed by Exon.
He loved riding his Harley Davidson and 4-wheelers. You could also find him fishing and spending time with his family. Preceding him in death are his parents, and two sons, Richard and Dean Gilley. Survivors include his three children Jack Gilley, Hutchinson, Miranda Collins, Kingman, Deanna Gilley, Hutchinson; and two siblings, Jeffrey (Sandy) Gilley and John ( Tammy), both of Hutchinson; four grandchildren, Uriah, Chasity, Ebanie, Lucas; three great grandchildren, Brennan Miles, Tiana Gilley and Ezra Gilley. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, September 10, 2018, at Hutchinson Funeral Chapel with Pastor Ryan Raigoza presiding.
