Don L. Hinners, 85, passed away on November 11, 2018 at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson, KS. He was born on April 5, 1933 in Hutchinson to George and Goldie (Base) Hinners. Don graduated from Haven High School in 1951. After graduation Don enlisted in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany. After returning from the war, Don worked on the family farm in Burrton, KS. Don was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Carol and Sharon Hinners, and brother Richard Hinners. Survivors include his brother, Milburn (Donna) Hinners; nieces, Vicki Myers and Brenda Goertzen, and nephew, Mark Stade; and cousins Jack and Mack Clark. There will be no visitation as cremation was chosen. A graveside service will be held at a later date. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Hutchinson Animal Shelter and sent in care of Hutchinson Funeral Chapel & Crematory.
