Dean Eric Latham, 58, passed away Sunday, February 19, 2023, at his home in Hutchinson, KS.

Dean was born on February 14, 1965, in Kansas City, MO, the son of Gerald and Eleanor (McKinney) Latham.  Dean grew up in Tucumcari, NM and on February 12, 1989, Dean met Mindy Cota in Tucumcari and they later married on September 11, 1993 in San Jon, NM.  He was an auto mechanic for over 35 years and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Eleanor.

Dean is survived by his wife, Mindy; five children, Jennifer (Tim) Farrell and children, Lila, Benjamin, Owen and Richard Ferrell; Steven (Victoria) Anderson and children, Mason and Nathan Anderson; Edward (Megan) Latham and children, Ace Millison and Brynnlee Latham; Zachary Latham and Joshua Latham and children, Loralyie and Holland Latham; a sister, Tara (Tommy) Wallace.

Per Dean's wishes, cremation has taken place.  A Celebration of Dean's life will be held at a later date.  Hutchinson Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
