Cleo E. Kelley, 84, died on June 7, 2018 at the Hutchinson Health and Rehabilitation Center in Hutchinson. He was born on September 11, 1933 in Sylvia, Kansas the son of Harley and Anna (Farney) Kelley.

Cleo was married to Marilyn Parkins, she precedes him in death.

During his lifetime, Cleo was enlisted with the United States Army for four years. He was honorably discharged as a Staff Sergeant. He was a four Bronze Service Star Winner and a foot soldier.

Cleo was employed with Krause and worked in the foundry and maintenance departments for 20 years, before entering retirement. He was a former member of the Hutchinson Moose Lodge. Cleo also enjoyed shooting archery, and watching his son David drive race cars.

Preceding him in death were his parents, wife, Marilyn, two sons, Terry Kelley and Rick Roberts.

Survivors include his three children, David (Bobbie) Kelley, Hutchinson, Richard (Janet) Kelley, Dodge City and Deanna (Randy) Setzer, South Carolina; brother, Bert (Wilda) Kelley, Hutchinson; two sisters, Ellen (Bill) Lacamp, all of Hutchinson, and Janice (Frank) Keenan, Goshen, Indiana.; four grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; four great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 10, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Hutchinson Funeral Chapel, Hutchinson, KS.

Graveside services will be on Monday, June 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery, Hutchinson, KS.
