Charyl L. Saiz, 69, died on February 4th, 2018 at her home in Hutchinson. She was born on October 10th, 1948 in Hutchinson, the daughter of Marvin and Dorla (Hoss) Phipps.

Charyl was a member of St. Teresa's Catholic Church of Hutchinson. She worked a variety fields during her lifetime. She was a certified nursing assistant, trained EMT, drove truck for Shears Construction and was a machinist for Cessna for many years.

She enjoyed ceramics, creating oil paintings and spending time with her three boys and family members.

Preceding her in death was her mother Dorla and a sister Lynnetta W. "Lynne" Guy.

Survivors include her three loving sons, Jerry Birzer, Brian Birzer and Shawn Birzer, all of Hutchinson; a brother, Bobby Craig Hawkins; half siblings, Pam, Bill, Mike, Doug, Bob, Randy and Cheri Phipps; six grandchildren, Mark, Dylan, and Mersadeez Birzer, Skyler Wiebe Brandon Birzer, Tiffany Walker; four great grandchildren, Wyatt, Kylene, Zendaya Birzer, Danielle Walker.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 9th, 2018 at the Hutchinson Funeral Chapel; beginning at 2:00 p.m. Family will be present to greet guests from 4:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m.

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held on Saturday, February 10th at 9:30 a.m. at St. Teresa's Catholic Church.

Mass of Christian burial will be held the same day, following the rosary, at 10:00 a.m.

Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Hutchinson.
