Anna F. Pfannenstiel, 93, died Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Sandstone Heights in Little River, KS. She was born on August 1, 1924 in Ransom, KS to Herman and Catherine (Flax) Kisslinger.

On December 29, 1947, Anna married Marcellus Pfannenstiel in Ransom, KS.

Anna worked for USD 308 School district for 10 years before retiring. She was a member of the Alter Society for Our Lady of Guadalupe and enjoyed numerous church activities. Anna loved to crochet and was also a member of Crochet Angels at Elmdale Senior Center in Hutchinson. Anna enjoyed being out in the yard tending to her flowers.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Marcellus; sisters, Betty Casey, Frances Casey, and Rosalie Smith; brothers Paul Kisslinger, Ambrose Kisslinger, and Joe Kisslinger; and grandson, Adam Pfannenstiel.

Survivors include two children, Rosetta (Tim) Shelton, Hutchinson, KS, and David (Jennifer) Pfannenstiel, Sterling, KS.; three sisters, Regina Schuster, Wakeeney, KS, Rosetta Healy, Ransom, KS, and Bernice Blakley, Ness City, KS.; one brother John Kisslinger, Ransom, Ks.; four grandchildren, Todd Shelton, Holly Zizumbo, Ryan Pfannenstiel, and Megan Sadler; two great- grandchildren, Zachary Shelton and Nickloas Zizumbo; and one great-great grandchild, Khyler Shelton.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 510 S. School St. Ness City, KS.

Inurnment will follow at the Sacred Hearth Catholic Cemetery in Ness City.
