Ann Aldrich Shuey Rudd, 83, passed away on October 31, 2022, at Hutchinson Health and Rehab, Hutchinson, KS.

Ann was born July 22, 1939 in Berkeley, CA to Edward and Dorothy Shuey.  She was raised in Orinda, CA.  Ann graduated from Acalanes High School in Lafayette, CA and the University of California, Davis campus with a BA in Zoology.

She married James Rudd in 1963 and had four children.  Jim died in 1997.

Ann is preceded in death by her parents and a granddaughter, Rebecca Shannon.

She is survived by her four children, Tami Rudd of Halstead, KS, Edward Rudd of Panacea, FL, Heidi Botkin of Hutchinson, KS, and Jennifer Newman of Clearwater, FL; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; sister, Wendy Gleason of Bowling Green, KY, and brother Ed Shuey, Jr. of Las Vegas, NV.

There will be no services held at this time.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to your favorite charity.  Hutchinson Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
